Valet parking is available for $5.00 at the entrances of the Gateway Building (12th & Marshall Sts), ACC (11th and Clay Sts), and North Hospital (Marshall & College Sts.).
The VCU Medical Center Patient & Visitor Parking Deck is located at 12th and Leigh Streets. The deck is open 24 hours daily. There is a charge for using this facility during the week.
Parking Rates & Validation: Reduced parking rates ($2.00 per visit) are available for patients and visitors who obtain parking validation at the Information Desks located on the ground floor of the Gateway Building, the ground floor of ACC, or from the ground floor of North Hospital.
Lost parking tickets for the Patient & Visitor Parking Deck will be charged $10.00 upon exit unless a $2.00 validation is presented.
Arriving by I-64 West from Williamsburg:
Take Exit 190 to 5th St. and Downtown.
Turn left at the fourth stop light onto Marshall St.
Drive six blocks and turn left onto 11th St.
Drive one block and turn right onto Clay St.
Drive one block and turn left onto 12th St.
Proceed to the Patient & Visitor Parking Deck, entrance on right.
Arriving by I-64 East from Charlottesville:
Follow I-64 East, which merges with I-95 South.
Stay on I-95 South to Exit 74C for West Broad St.
Proceed west on Broad St. for three blocks and turn right onto 11th St.
Drive two blocks and turn right onto Clay St.
Drive one block and turn left onto 12th St.
Proceed to the Patient & Visitor Parking Deck, entrance on right.
Arriving by I-95 North from Petersburg:
Take Exit 74C for West Broad St.
Proceed west on Broad St. for three blocks and turn right onto 11th St.
Drive two blocks and turn right onto Clay St.
Drive one block and turn left onto 12th St.
Proceed to the Patient & Visitor Parking Deck, entrance on right.
Arriving by I-95 South from Fredericksburg:
Take Exit 74C for West Broad St.
Proceed west on Broad St. for three blocks and turn right onto 11th St.
Drive two blocks and turn right onto Clay St.
Drive one block and turn left onto 12th St.
Proceed to the Patient & Visitor Parking Deck, entrance on right.
Arriving by U.S. Route 60 from Lexington:
Follow U.S. Route 60, which merges with 9th St.
Stay on 9th St. and go one block past Broad St. to Marshall St. and turn right.
Drive two blocks and turn left onto 11th St.
Drive one block and turn right onto Clay St.
Drive one block and turn left onto 12th St.
Proceed to the Patient & Visitor Parking Deck, entrance on right.
